		<description>I agree don&#039;t get caught up in the stigma that these foods are actually negative on calories, but surely consider making some of them a regular part of your regular diet to take advantage of their thermic effect&#039;s.  Try mixing baby carrots, pineapple or strawberries into your daily diet as snacks between meals or a side dish to a main course.  Good luck and enjoy!</description>
